Shipping Information:

The vast majority of orders are shipped the same or next business day that we receive the order. Occasionally, at the time of your order, the item has not yet arrived at our warehouse from the supplier. Most backorders are filled within 2-10 days. Customers will be notified within one business day of any backorders. Please let us know if backorders are not acceptable or if delivery times of more than 10 days are acceptable.

We are currently set up for UPS Ground, Parcel Post and In-Store Pickup. UPS Ground is best to select at checkout for all larger or free ship items. Parcel Post is the best selection for any smaller items such as guitar picks, strings, etc. If you would prefer a different means of shipment, please contact us before ordering.

Return Policy:

We at Lanham Music want for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of shipment. Please follow the return instructions below for prompt and efficient service.

All returned products must be in new condition with all included accessories and in the original packaging. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are nonrefundable. Be sure to obtain a tracking number from the shipper you use. This will be helpful in locating your return should it fail to be received by us. In the unlikely event a product is found to be defective or shipped in error, shipping charges may be credited.

A Return Authorization must first be issued for all returns. Email us to obtain an RA number and Ship To address. Return Authorizations are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance.
